How to use:
Use in several ways, depending on the effect you want to achieve:
Apply the toner to dry hair to achieve an intense effect.
Apply the toner to damp, towel-dried hair to achieve a medium-intensity effect.
Mix the toner in a 1:1 ratio with your favorite mask and apply to damp, towel-dried hair for a delicate effect.
